Bechmann, Dr

Dr Bechmann is a character in the James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me, portrayed by Cyril Shaps.

Bechmann is a renowned scientist who is working for Karl Stromberg. He designs the submarine-tracking device along with his colleague, Prof Markovitz. When the device is complete, Stromberg decides that instead of paying them they have outlived their usefulness and has their helicopter blown up.
