Chula is a character from the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun portrayed by Chan Yiu Lam.

An intimidating black belt in karate with a steely stare, he is considered the finest fighter in Hai Fat’s school. After Bond kicks out the initial fighter, Chula is cheered on by the school to fight Bond.

However, before he is able to do much damage Bond is able to escape through the thin wall out onto the road outside where he is met by Lieutenant Hip. Later Chula and several of the others at the karate school chase Bond down the river but to no avail.
