Potter, General

General Potter, is a fictional character created by Ian Fleming in the novel and film Dr No. He is an army general residing in Jamaica working for the Jamaican government. He is a colleague of Pleydell Smith who aids James Bond in his search for clues tracking down Doctor No and drives him to the house of John Strangways where his secretary was murdered.
