Lazar
Marne Maitland as Lazar in ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’.

Lazar is an independent munitions manufacturer who resides in Macau in the James bond film The Man with the Golden Gun. He is portrayed by Marne Maitland.

Responsible for manufacturing the 23k signature gold bullets used by Francisco Scaramanga and other so called “quality crafted” munitions for other assassins.
